We want you to know that we have the same high-level commitment to you that we have always strived for! We are taking many steps to ensure we do everything possible to keep our Patient Family and our Team healthy.
August 2023 update: Masks are now optional for patients in the common areas. If you have ANY symptoms at all, whether it be an allergy flare up or just a slight tickle, please wear a mask to try to keep the rest of us healthy and not spread anything. If you have anything more than that, you probably shouldn’t be coming in for a treatment!
If you would still like to wear a mask, your practitioner will notice and will immediately put a mask on, to help put you at ease and avoid an awkward conversation. If you would like your practitioner to wear a mask (even if you don’t during the treatment), please ask and your practitioner will wear their mask.

If YES, please phone us to reschedule your appointment.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When you arrive, please come on up and check in. If you have any cold, fever or flu symptoms, we kindly ask that you do NOT come up and phone us from the parking lot to let us know.
We are booking appointments with enough time in between to thoroughly clean the treatment room, and therefore every practitioner will make every attempt to be on time.
SANITIZE
Please use the hand sanitizer we have provided immediately upon entering the office.

- When possible use contactless payment (Visa, MasterCard, tap and ApplePay accepted)
- Stand behind our newly installed protective glass when at reception
- Remember you can also use our new Online Booking system to book your appointments!

- Your practitioner will wear a mask if you wish.
- Our glass partition will remain at the front desk.
- All high-contact points will continue to be sanitized regularly each day.
- We are sanitizing treatment tables between every appointment.
- All sanitizers are approved by Health Canada.
- As always, we will be washing our hands regularly.
- Counsellors will continue to offer virtual/Telehealth appointments at this time as well as limited in-office sessions.
